British designer Duncan Shotton, who is based in Tokyo, wanted to take his online shop offline so he relocated it to a tree. The ‘Pop-Up A Tree Shop‘ was opened recently in the Harajuku neighborhood of Tokyo.

Shotton sat above while his designs hung from the tree branches, dangling on pieces of string. These included his nessie pins (thumb tacks in the shape of the loch ness monster of Scotland) and cloud keyholder with hidden magnets.

Vowing to sit up in the tree until it rained, Shotton served the customers below and no doubt attracted lots of new fans with his innovative retail space.
